Most of it is fine.
Some of it puts people in hospitals.

7 field guides built from documented cases, agency recalls and published reports. Not opinions about what is healthy. What actually sent real people to the emergency room, and the ten seconds that would have stopped it.

Desmond Vale

I did not run a lab and I did not test anything myself. What I did was read.

Every case in these guides comes from a published report, an agency recall notice or a court record. Where the source is thin, it says so on the page. Where nobody knows, it says that too.

No sponsors. No affiliate links. No brand deals. Nobody paid to be left out of these guides, and nobody paid to be in them. That is the only reason any of it is worth reading.

What is inside

What you do not get on the channel

Look it up

The videos tell one story. The guides are the thing you check before you buy.

The ratings

Category by category, in one table, with the evidence next to each one.

The sources

Every case with its report, so you can read the original yourself.

The cards

Printable, or on your phone at the shelf. Ten of them.

Honest about who this is for

This is for you if

  • You cook for people who are pregnant, small, or over 65
  • You do meal prep and have wondered how long is actually too long
  • You want the source, not somebody's opinion
  • You would rather check once than worry every time

This is not for you if

  • You are looking for recipes. This is a safety file, not a cookbook.
  • You want a diet plan or a weight loss system. There is none in here.
  • You want medical advice. That is your doctor, not a PDF.
  • You want a list of brands to be angry at. Ratings are by category and by evidence.

Questions people actually ask

Is this just your videos written down?

No. The videos each tell one case. The guides are the reference layer: the ratings tables, the temperature and time numbers, the decision filters. You watch a video once. You look this up before you buy.

Are you a doctor or a food scientist?

No, and the guides never claim otherwise. Everything in here comes from published reports, agency notices and court records, each one cited on the page. Where the evidence is thin, it says so.

Is $97 worth it?

One emergency room visit in the US starts around $1,300. That is the comparison. If you never use it, it was a bad buy, and I would rather tell you that up front.

Will this tell me which brands to avoid?

It rates categories, not brands, and it tells you exactly what the rating is based on. Naming a brand without a recall or a ruling behind it is how you end up in court instead of in the right.

How do I get it?

Checkout, then an instant download link. No account, no waiting.

Refunds?

Digital download, so the formal answer is that you agree to immediate delivery at checkout. The practical answer: if it is not what you expected, write to me and I will sort it out.

Most of it is fine.

The guides are about the part that is not, and how to spot it in ten seconds.
